We are a small coffee company committed to buying, roasting and serving responsibly grown (Certified Organic) and ethically traded (Fair Trade Certified™) coffee helping create a better future for farmers, minimize our environmental footprint, and respect your health and wellness. We opened our first and only retail store on the corner of 7th & Cota Streets in downtown Shelton, Washington where we roast all of our coffee in small, hand-crafted batches in full view of our customers.

Matt Dorcy – Master Roaster
Matt has been small-batch roasting the finest Arabica coffee beans for nearly a decade. He roasts each batch by hand in batches of 30 pounds each; contrast this to our self proclaimed, “small-batch” competitors who roast hundreds of pounds of coffee in a single roast. Thankfully for you, we’re not chasing after riches via mass quantities of bean. Our aim, instead, is to put a smile on your face with quality, gourmet coffee. Roasting in this small-batch, artisan style allows us an intimate connection with the beans that results in an astonishing cup of gourmet coffee.
The phrase “gourmet coffee” is so cliché that we almost hate to use it. But it’s a fact; our coffee is truly gourmet coffee. Just to be clear on what we mean by “gourmet”, let’s check out the definition:
